基于广义线性混合模型的仪器分析虚拟实验教学效果的量化研究

摘    要:采用广义线性混合模型分析了实验成绩与实验重复次数及实验难度之间的关系,研究了虚拟实验与实作实验成绩之间的相关性和差异性.结果表明,仪器分析虚拟仿真实验的开设能够在一定程度上提高学生对大型精密仪器的操作熟练度和准确性;难度较大的虚拟仿真实验应当适当增加练习时间以保证学习效果.

Abstract:As one of the important attempts of constructions for higher education information,disadvantages of traditional instrumental analysis teaching resulted by the shortage of large-size precision instruments can be recuperated by virtually experimental teaching which is based on advanced internet and information techniques.A great amount of user data have been collected for numerical analysis on the effects of virtual instrumental analysis experiments during the learning under convenient,safe and green circumstance.Due to the longitudinal and non-Gaussian distribution characteristics of virtual experiment data,generalized linear mixed effects models (GLMM) have been employed to study on the new patterns in virtually experimental teaching and evaluate the effects on practically experimental teaching.Heterogeneity,relativity and the difficulty coefficient between real and virtual instrumental analysis experiment have been studied in this work.The results show that accuracy and proficiency of operating large precise instrument can be improved by offering of virtually experimental teaching in some degree.Also,improvements of virtually experimental teaching by learning time exists the optimal value.
