摘    要:故障树分析(FTA)法是近十余年来迅速发展起来的对复杂系统进行可靠性分析的一种有效方法,电子计算机是应用FTA法必不可少的工具。本文介绍了一个作者设计的故障树定量分析的通用程序—BJQG程序。本文还应用FTA法对3150型造纸机系统的可靠性进行了分析。通过建立故障树,对该故障树进行定性和定量计算,获得了有关该系统可靠性特征的有用信息。并据此对该系统的改进提出建议。本文应用BJQG程序对该故障树进行定量计算,取得符合实际的结果。


BJQG-A Computer Code for Evaluation of Fault Trees and Fault Tree Anlysis for a 3150 mm Paper Machine System
Abstract:The Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)is a newly developed effective approach to the reliability assessment of complex system. To use the approach must have the aid of computer. A computer code BJQG is presented here and FTA is introduced into the relability analysis for a 3150mm paper machine system. The valuable information about the system reliability is obtained by building up the fault tree of the system and evaluating it qualitatively and quatitativey. According to the information, some suggestions for improving the system are put forward. The code BJQG is used to evaluate the fault tree quatitatively and the result is comformable to reality.
