摘    要:以蔗糖,邻苯二酚为原料,根据Box-Benhnken的中心复合实验设计原则,在单因素实验的基础上采用4因素5水平的响应面分析法,建立了黏度与各影响因子之间的回归方程,并得到以黏度为响应值的响应面图,进而得出蔗糖-邻苯二酚树脂胶黏剂合成的最佳工艺条件:反应温度92.1℃,反应时间5.3 h,原料比为1.65,催化剂用量9%.在此条件下,理论黏度最大值为3.0×500 mPa.s.

Abstract:Using sucrose and catechol as raw materials,and according to the Box-Benhnken center's united experimental design principles based on the single factor tests,the method of response surface analysis with 4 factors and 5 levels were adopted,the regression equation on the viscosity and factors influencing the parameters was established,the response surface graph with the viscosity as the response value was obtained,and the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 92.1 ℃,reaction time 5.3 h and material ratio 1.65,and the weight of catalyst 9%.In this case,theoretical maximum viscosity should be 3.0×500 mPa·s.
