| 摘 要： | 电子政务是提高政府行政管理和公共服务能力的有效途径 ,中国政府将电子政务的发展作为实现国家信息化的首要任务。作为一项复杂的系统工程 ,电子政务的实施需要系统化的研究作为基础。在综观国内外电子政务发展和研究现状的基础上 ,着重分析中国施行电子政务中存在的问题和研究中出现的不足。

| Abstract: | The development of electronic governance offers an effective method to increase the level of administration and providing public services. The Chinese government regards electronic governance as the most important presupposition in natioal informatizing program. As a complex system engineering, the development of electronic governance needs the pre requistite, construction of systematic research system. This article focuses on analyzing the problems in the development and the insufficiencies in research on the base of describig the situation at home and abroad. |
