| 摘 要： | 伊曼纽尔·康德,德国古典哲学的鼻祖,其写于1795年的《永久和平论》,为人类社会往何处去所作的哲学性规划,无论是对当下还是未来良序社会的构建与社会幸福感的提升依然散发出持久弥新的魅力.本质上说来,“永久和平”是康德哲学的“德性力量”的世俗彰显.
