| 摘 要： | 阐述了庭审语境中模糊限制语的商讨属性,分析了选择模糊限制语的动态商讨过程,指出庭审中模糊限制语的选择是说者和听者在一系列语境因素间商讨的结果,在商讨过程中主要受到合作原则、礼貌策略和语篇连贯等原则或策略的灵活性制约。

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the properties of hedge negotiation in courtroom context and analyzes the dynamic process of hedge negotiation. Based on the analysis, the paper demonstrates that the choice of hedges in courtroom discourse is mainly made flexibly upon principles or strat- egies such as cooperative principle, politeness strategy and discourse coherence. |
