| 摘 要： | 主导产业是地区产业结构的核心．我国地区主导产业发展过程中，既存在着主导产业不明确的现象，又存在着主导产业严重趋同的弊端，不合理的经济行为是造成这种弊端的一个重要原因．本文从经济行为主体的角度，对我国地区主导产业发展过程中的政府行为、市场行为、企业行为进行分析，提出对这三种经济行为进行必要规范的思路，旨在促进地区主导产业的合理发展．

| Abstract: | The district leading industry of the core of the district industrial structure.In our country,there are some drawbacks in development of district leading industry.The district leading industry is unclean in some regions but similar in others.One important reason is due to unreasonable economic behaviors.The effect of government behaviors,market behaviors and enterprise behaviors on the developing district leading industry was analyzed,and measures to norm the three,behaviors were proposed. |
