| 摘 要： | 技术创新是一个系统，在这一系统中蕴涵众多涨落因素。而开放性、非线性相互作用和远离平衡态是该系统涨落放大所必需的条件。除此之外，只有当涨落放大到临界点时，才能使创新技术实现产业化，从而满足创新主体对利润最大化追求，进而实现技术创新的目的。

| Abstract: | Technical innovation is a system, including a lot of factors of fluctuation. Fluctuation enlargement needs the opening, non-linear interaction and non-equilibrium of the technical innovation system. In addition, technologies of innovation can realize industrialization only if fluctuation enlarges to the critical point. Subjects of innovation are satisfied with hunting for excess profits and realize the purpose of technical innovation. |
