鹿茸对去卵巢小鼠子宫和阴道增重及雌二醇的影响

目的探究鹿茸对去卵巢小鼠性器官和雌二醇的影响,从而进一步探究其有无雌性激素作用。方法雌性昆明小鼠72只,其中12只为对照组;60只去卵巢后随机分5组,即正常对照组,激素对照组,3 mg/kg鹿茸低剂量组、6 mg/kg鹿茸中剂量组和12 mg/kg鹿茸高剂量组,灌胃给药。结果 12 mg/kg鹿茸组和激素对照组与正常对照组比较,在性器官脏器指数、雌二醇水平上有显著差异,且12 mg/kg鹿茸组与激素对照组之间差异不显著,结果表明12 mg/kg鹿茸组具有激素样作用。结论灌胃给12 mg/kg鹿茸,可使性器官系数升高,且具有雌激素样作用。

The Influence of Pilose Antler on Sexual Organ Growth and Serum Estradiol in Ovariectomized Female Mice

Objective To explore the influence of pilose antler on sexual organ growth and serum estradiol in ovarieetomized female mice. Methods Ovariectomized female KM mice were randomly divided into five groups, blank control group, hormone-treated group, and three pilose antler-treated groups at doses of 3mg/kg, 6mg/kg, and 12mg/kg, respectively. Results The index of female sexual organs and serum estradiol level in the 12mg/kg pilose antler-treated group and the hormone-treated group showed statistically significant, compared with those of the blank control group. But there were no significant differences between the two treated groups. Conclusion Pilose antler at dose of 12mg/kg can increase the sexual organ index of the ovariectomized female mice, and may have estrogen-like effects.
