大学师生交往研究

教师和大学生是大学师生交往中的两个主体,两者的交往情况对大学生的心理健康有着巨大的影响。为了把握大学师生交往的现状进而提出有效的师生交往策略,我们推出“大学生人际交往问卷”,对安徽师范大学的200名大学生进行调查。调查结果显示,大学生信任教师,相信同教师的交往能促进自身的学习,希望同教师结成友好的师生关系。但是交往双方由于主动性不足,师生交往仍处于一个较为浅层的水平。我们针对此现状,提出了改进现阶段师生交往的策略。

Research on Current Status and Strategy of Teacher-student Communication in Universities

Teachers and undergraduates are two main parts in the contact of the teacher-student communication.And the contact between them has a great effect on the mental health of college students.In order to grasp the present situation firmly,and then raise an effective strategy for the contact,we pose a questionnaire on Teacher-student Communication,and investigate 182 students of Anhui Normal University.The result shows that students believe in teachers,they also believe that the contact with teachers can better their own study,they hope they can have a good relationship with teachers.However,the contact is still in a shallow level because of the inadequate initiative.Aiming at this situation,we raise some strategies to improve the contact between college students and their teachers.
