摩擦接触单元在碳纤维板锚具拉伸试验中的应用

摘    要:在预应力碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)板工艺中,CFRP板端部的锚固问题非常重要,甚至关系到预应力施加的成败与否.总结国内外锚具研究,平板锚具具备施工便捷、操作简单、费用最低的优点,但如何模拟碳纤维板和平板锚具之间的接触问题是有限元模拟的关键问题.通过采用摩擦接触单元对碳纤维板和平板锚具进行数值模拟,得到了碳纤维板拉力与滑移关系的有限元解,其结果与实验结果相当吻合;采用平板锚具拉伸碳纤维板时,碳板和钢板的摩擦系数近似取为0.4;采用摩擦接触单元模拟平板接触问题是可行和有效的,可为模拟类似的接触问题提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract:The terminal anchor of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)plate is important,which concerns the success or failure of the prestressed imposed.The research on the anchorage device at home and abroad was summarized.Plate anchor is known for its advantages such as convenient construction,simple operation,and the lowest cost.But the key issue of finite element modeling is how to simulate the contact problem between carbon fiber plate and anchor plate.A 3Dfriction contact element method was developed,and the carbon fiber tension,slip relationship of finite element solution result were obtained,and the numerical results were fully identical with the analytical results with reasonable reliability.By using the flat anchor to tensile the CFRP plate,the friction coefficient between carbon fiber plate and anchor plate accessed to 0.4.Therefore,the friction contact element to simulate flat contact problem was proved feasible and effective,providing reference for the simulation of a similar contact problem.
