摘 要: | 通过对不同培养基的培养效果进行对比分析后筛选出适宜金线莲的生长的培养基分别是:丛生芽增殖最佳培养基为MS+6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.8mg/L,两个月的增殖系数达到4.5;壮苗最佳培养基为MS+NAA2mg/L+6-BA1mg/L+香蕉汁20%;生根最佳培养基为1/2MS+IBA1mg/L+NAA1mg/L+香蕉汁20%+Ac0.8g/L,生根率达100%.

Abstract: | After the comparative analysis on the culture effect of different media of Anoectochilus Roxburghii, the optimum media were as follows: MS + 6-BA3mg/L +NAA0.8mg/L gave the best result for multiple shoot clumps regeneration and multiplication coefficient was more than 4.5 within 2 months. The optimum media for strong seedling was MS +NAA2mg/L +6-BA1mg/L +banana juice20%. The 1/2MS+IBA1mg/L+NAA1mg/L+ banana juice 20%+Ac0.8g/L was the best media for rooting and the rooting rate was 100%. |
