| 摘 要： | 玉林师范学院抓住了东盟发展的契机,逐步建立面向东盟经贸发展的双语复合型人才培养模式,并取得了可喜的成绩。但是,由于课程的设置、就业指导体系以及师资队伍等因素影响,双语复合型人才的就业指导教育存在不少问题,需要我们进一步探析原因并提出促进双语复合型人才合理就业的有效策略。

| Abstract: | Yulin Normal University holds the ASEAN development opportunity, and gradually establishes the training mode of bilingual compound talents for ASEAN Economic and trade development, and has made gratifying achievements. However, due to the curriculum, the employment guidance system, teachers and other factors, many problems exist in the education of employment guidance for bilingual compound talents, we need to further explore the reasons and put forward the effective strategies of promoting bilingual compound talents for their reasonable employments. |
