| 摘 要： | 制备了性能优良、适合于驻波超声马达的四元系压电陶瓷材料。测量了其压电性能，分析了铈含量和锶含量对材料压电性能的影响以及产生影响的原因，研究了预烧温度、烧结条件以及极化条件等工艺制度对材料压电性能的影响。

| Abstract: | The quaternary system piezoelectric ceramic with good properties and suitable for stationary wave ultrasonic motor is prepared.Its piezoelectric properties is measured.The effect of Ce content and Sr content on piezoelectric properties is discussed in detail.The effect of calcination temperature,sinter condition and polarization condition on piezoelectric properties is studied also. |
