| 摘 要： | 基本共射放大器是典型的电阻性甲类放大器.基于放大器调整到临界状态、满幅度输出和负载匹配的充分必要条件,分析了基本共射放大器效率和负载最大功率.结果表明,电阻性甲类放大器理论最高效率为8.6%,负载最大功率为0.0625U2cc/Rc,而且负载功率达到最大时放大器效率基本上也达到最高.

| Abstract: | Common-emitter amplifier is a typical resistive class A amplifier.On the condition that the amplifier is adjusted to critical state,gives output at full extent and marry load best,the efficiency and maximum load power of basic common-emitter amplifier are analyzed.The results indicate that maximum efficiency of resistive class-A amplifiers is 8.6%,the maximum load power is 0.0625Ucc~2/Rc,and the amplifier efficiency can nearly reach maximum when load power reaches maximum. |
