| 摘 要： | 用 1 0 - 9mo1 /L ,1 0 - 1 0 mo1 /L ,1 0 - 1 1 mo1 /L萘乙酸的营养液分别培养丁香幼苗 ,可使其根茎伸长 ,真叶分化 ,以其浓度为 1 0 - 1 1 mo1 /L的萘乙酸营养液效果最佳 .萘乙酸通过促进茎伸长 ,根加长、加粗 ,起到壮苗的作用 ,提高幼苗的成活率

| Abstract: | The different concentrations of NAA were used to soak the Lilac seedlings,and the seedlings were cultured in dark and light condition,respectively.The results showed that 10 -11 mo1/L NAA could increase the vigor effectively,obviously promote the seeding growth of the Lilac. |
