流化床床料再生的多级筛分方法实验研究

摘    要:对以燃煤联合循环发电为应用对象的新型流化床颗粒层过滤器床料再生系统进行理论分析和实验研究。结果表明,当筛面倾角在物料滑动角附近时,适当加大末级筛子的尺寸,在床料损失率低于5%的情况下,可以得到大于90%细灰分离效率和较高的颗粒处理量,从而证实了用多级筛分方法使床料再生的可行性,为过滤器的进一步研究与应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:A fluidized bed granular filter (FBGF) for advanced coal fired power systems is under development at the SKLCC. The fine filtrated particles have to be continuously removed from the bed through a bed material regenerating system. To avoid the generation of new pollutants, the multi sieving method instead of the gravity separating method used in gas streams is recommended to separate the fine particles from bed material. The feasibility of the multi sieving method is theoretically evaluated and the optimum parameters of the slope angle of the sieve surface, the sieve size and its distribution are experimentally investigated. With the dimension of the last level sieve appropriately increased and at a loss rate of the bed material lower than 5?%, an efficiency of fine particles separation over 90?% and a rather high efficiency of grain treating amount can be obtained, proving the feasibility of bed material regeneration with the multi sieving method and laying the foundation for further study and application of the filter.
