| 摘 要： | 从中医药角度探讨亚健康防治与调护脾胃的关系,阐述了脾胃的生理、病理特点,分析了亚健康与中医脾胃理论的关系,得出调理脾胃气机对纠治亚健康的重要性,并以岭南医学为例说明如何调护脾胃,防治亚健康。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an approach to the relationship between the treatment and prevention of sub-health and regulating and nursing spleen-stomach;expounds the physiological functions and pathological characteristics of spleen-stomach;analyzes relationship between sub-health and the theory of spleen-stomach.According to these,it makes a conclusion which emphasizes the important contribution that regulating and nursing spleen-stomach brings to the treatment and prevention of sub-health.The passage takes the southern school of Chinese Medicine as an example,it exemplifies how to regulate and nurse spleen-stomach to treat and prevent sub-health. |
