| 摘 要： | 宋代关于食疗的研究有了较快的发展,北宋陈直的《养老奉亲书》是现存的第一部关于老年养生的专著,书中较为详细地阐述了老年人食疗的方法和注意事项,其食疗思想具体表现为天人和谐、辩证施治、味形兼顾、注重细节等方面。
