| 摘 要： | 人际信任是一种复杂的社会心理现象。运用文献法综述了国内外关于人际信任的内涵,探讨了大学生人际信任形成的心理机制及其影响因素,并建议学校、家庭、社会应采取有效的策略提高大学生的人际信任度。

| Abstract: | Interpersonal trust is a social and psychological complex phenomenon.This article summarizes a large number of trust connotation studies found in international and domestic journals.Then,the impacting factors constructing interpersonal trust of college students were discussed.It recommends that effective strategies to improve interpersonal trust of college students should be taken by schools,families,social organizations. |
