摘    要:为了改善化学镀Ni-P合金镀膜的耐磨性,研究了Ni-P-Al_2O_3化学复合镀膜的工艺条件及其影响因素。得出了适当的化学镀液组成和最佳工艺条件;并测定了热处理对镀膜硬度和耐磨性的影响。

Abstract:To improve the wearability of electroless plated film of Ni-P alloy, the technological process conditions of composite Ni-P-Al2O3 electroless plating were investigated in association with influential factors. Composition of the solution applicable to the electroless plating was thus obtained with the optimum processing conditions given. In addition, the effect of heat treatment on the hardness and wearability of plated film was determined.
