火车轮对表面缺陷检测

摘    要:基于CCD图像采集测量和图像处理方法,设计实现了一种利用面阵CCD成像系统检测火车轮对表面剥离的非接触在线测量系统,着重讨论了系统中灯光、摄像机的安装位置对成像的影响,分析了轮对剥离图像的特征;并提出一种利用图像特征的剥离(金属表面脱落现象)检测方法和确定剥离尺寸大小的边界搜索方法.现场实验表明该方法具有较强的抗干扰能力,检测正确率达到90%,精度达到4mm.

Abstract:Based on CCD image measuring and processing techniques, an online non-touch measuring system for measurement of wheel scratch is developed. The effects of system illumination and configuration of the cameras are emphasized and image features of wheel scratches are analyzed, while a novel scratch (metal shelling phenomenon) measuring algorithm and a boundary detection algorithm are brought forward based on image processing. Experiments indicate that the system has a strong ability of anti-disturbance and a high detection accuracy, which comes to 90% with 4 mm precision.
