| Abstract: | Taking the democratic management in Yangzhong rural areas as an example, the thesis analyzes the progress and existing problems in rural democratic and political construction. It puts forward relevant countermeasures against the problems of the unsteady cadre team, economic dependence in democratic management and parochialism in democratic awareness. |
