摘 要: | 对数控座式焊接变位机的运动精度进行了计算机仿真研究,建立了变位机工作台回转运动时到位精度的数模表达式,并利用VB语言编制了基于Windows操作系统下的工作台到位精度的仿真软件,利用该软件可计算出变位机回转装置不同加工精度及结构参数的齿轮副和不同传动精度的谐波减速器对工作台到位精度的仿真值,此值与实际测定结果达到了较好的吻合.

Computer simulation of positioning accuracy of numerically controlled welding positioner |

Abstract: | Computer simulation and experiments are carried on for numerically controlled welding positioner. A mathematical model of positioning accuracy of turntable is developed, and, with its numerical expression, a simulation program is designed and written in VB language based on Windows 9X . Using this program, the positioning accuracy of turning device is simulated for different levels of gear machining accuracy and transmission error of the harmonic reducer adopted. Numerical predictions show a good agreement with the experimental data. |
