塔式起重机塔身有限元分析

摘    要:塔身是塔式吊车的重要组成部分,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对某塔式起重机塔身进行工作及非工作状态分析计算,得到了塔身工作及非工作状态总位移分布云图、各种状态下塔身当量应力分布云图;根据分析结果对其结构进行了优化,有效控制了可能出现的危险,增强了设备的安全性。
