复式不锈钢管混凝土轴压试验研究

摘    要:钢管混凝土在实际工程中已得到广泛应用,但普通碳素钢在极端环境中的应用存在局限性。不锈钢管混凝土既有类似于普通钢管混凝土的力学性能,又能在特定环境下起到耐腐蚀作用,在特殊工程中应用前景广阔。对一系列不同内钢管厚度和强度的复式不锈钢管混凝土轴压试验,结果表明应变达到0.07时,仍能够保持80%以上的峰值承载力,具有很好的延性;内钢管厚度的增加对极限轴向承载力的下降起到了明显减缓作用,但对其影响有限;提高内钢管厚度和强度均能显著提高试件的压缩刚度;现行规范能对复式不锈钢管混凝土轴压承载力进行较为准确的估计。

Axial Compressive Test of Concreted-filled Duplex Stainless Steel Tubular Columns

Abstract:Concrete filled steel tube has been widely applied in practical engineering. However, the function of ordinary carbon steel in extreme environment is limited. Concreted-filled stainless steel tube, which is similar to the ordinary steel tube in mechanical behavior, can also resist corrosion in specific environment, and has a broad application prospect in special project. A series of axial compressive tests on concreted-filled duplex stainless steel tubular columns with different thickness and strength of inner steel pipe were carried out in this study. The testing results indicate that it can maintain 80% of the peak bearing capacity even though the stress reached 0.07. Concreted-filled duplex stainless steel tubular has a good ductility. Besides, the increase of the thickness of inner steel pipe can obviously slow down the decline of the bearing capacity but this effects on the peak bearing capacity is limited. The improvement of inner steel pipe thickness and strength can both significantly increase the compression stiffness of the specimen. Current code can accurately estimates the ultimate axial compressive strength of concreted-filled duplex stainless steel tubular columns.
