工程爆破中大规模起爆网路的可靠性分析

摘    要:为了预防工程爆破中的拒爆及盲炮事故,探讨了影响起爆网路可靠度的相关因素,采用可靠性原理的方法对比分析了6种不同起爆网路的可靠性。得出了复式起爆网路的可靠度较高,复式网路的可靠度为95.83%,复式交叉-四通连接网路的可靠度为96.07%,复式交叉及双复式网路的可靠度均为96.12%。通过跨航道桥梁的爆破拆除实践证明,在大规模起爆网路中,复式交叉起爆网路更为安全、可靠、经济。

Abstract:It discussed the factors that affect the reliability of the initiation network to prevent misfire and blind blasting in engineering blasting. The reliabilities of 6 different initiation networks were compared and analyzed by using the principle of reliability. It is concluded that the reliability of the duplex detonation network is higher. The reliability of the duplex initiation network is 95.83%, the reliability of duplex-cross and four-way initiation network is 96.07%, the reliability of duplex-cross initiation network is 96.12%, the reliability of duplex-cross and double-initiation network is 96.12%. The practice of blasting demolition of bridges across the channel had been proved that it is more safe, reliable and economical to choose the duplex-cross initiation network in large-scale initiation networks.
