摘    要:传统检验技术无法达到低压电能计量器具全性能检验要求;且都是单一检验设备,影响检验可靠性。为此,提出一种新的基于多种互感器的低压电能计量器具全性能检验技术。建立一种融合多种互感器的全性能检验系统,选用的互感器包括电磁式互感器、模拟量输出型互感器以及数字量输出型互感器。给出脉冲采集器设计过程,通过采集器接收计量器具发出的脉冲,对标准互感器与模拟输出型电子式互感器的二次输出信号进行数字化处理;利用网口把经处理的信号传输至工控机。接收标准与检验通道数据后,通过检验方法对低压电能计量器具数据进行全性能检验。给出低压电能计量器具测量精度、不确定度和稳定度检验方法。实验结果表明,所提技术检验结果可靠。

Abstract:The traditional inspection technology can not meet the low-voltage electrical energy metering equipment full performance test requirements, and are a single test equipment, test reliability. To this end, a new full-performance testing technology for low voltage electric energy measuring instruments based on a variety of transformers is proposed. Establish a full performance test system that integrates a variety of transformers. The selected transformers include electromagnetic transformers, analog output transformers and digital output transformers. The pulse collector design process is given, and the pulse output by the measuring instrument is received by the collector, the secondary output signal of the standard transformer and the analog output electronic transformer is digitized, and the processed signal is transmitted to the industrial control machine. After receiving the standard and test channel data, the full-performance test of the low-voltage electric energy measuring instrument data is performed by the test method. Given low-voltage electrical energy measuring instruments measuring accuracy, uncertainty and stability test methods. The experimental results show that the proposed technical test results are reliable.
