端羟基聚醚/增塑剂共混体系混溶性的介观动力学模拟

摘    要:采用介观动力学(Meso Dyn)模拟方法对比研究了己二酸二辛酯(DOA)和磷酸二苯-辛酯(DPO)与端羟基聚醚(HTPE)共混体系的介观形貌和有序度参数,用实验对比研究了2种HTPE/增塑剂共混体系的混溶性。结果表明,与DOA相比,DPO与HTPE的混溶性更好,且混溶性实验结果与介观动力学模拟结果一致性较好。随着增塑剂比例的增加,DOA与HTPE的混溶性先变差后变好,DPO与HTPE的混溶性逐渐变差,但两种共混体系均没有产生相分离现象。

Abstract:The plasticizers such as diphenyl isooctyl phosphate (DPO) and dioctyl adipate (DOA) were combined with hydroxyl-terminated polytrher ( HTPE) respectively, and their effects on the order parameters and morphologies were estimated by using a mesoscopic dynamic simulations method. The miscibility of blends were compared using experiment. It is found that in comparison to DOA, DPO exhibit better miscibility with HTPE, and the experimental results of miscibility of blends above are in good agreement with the mesoscopic dynamics simulations results. With the increase of plasticizers ratio, the miscibility between DOA and HTPE become after the first difference, and the miscibility between DPO and HTPE gradually became worse, but there is no phase separation in the two blends.
