摘    要:利用熔融浸渍法制备了玻纤毡增强聚丙烯复合材料,考查了相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)含量对玻纤毡增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响;并使用FTIR、DSC、POM对不同相容剂PP-g-MAH含量下玻纤毡增强聚丙烯复合材料的结晶特点进行了研究。结果表明:树脂基体中含有适量的PP-g-MAH时,玻纤毡增强聚丙烯复合材料强度增加的同时冲击韧性可以得到保持。通过对其基体结晶结构研究发现,适量的PP-g-MAH含量可促使玻纤表面产生适量界面横晶的同时也可使基体主体产生均匀的晶体结构,进而获得适宜的界面结合和基体韧性,平衡强度和韧性之间的矛盾。

Abstract:Glass fiber mat reinforced polypropylene composites (GMT) were prepared by melt impregnation method. The effect of maleic anhydride grafting polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) on the mechanical properties of composites was investigated, and FTIR, DSC and POM were used to study crystallization characteristics of GMT. The results show that the strength of GMT increases and the impact toughness changes little after modification by proper amount of PP-g-MAH. Through study of matrix crystalline structure, it is found that the appropriate amount of PP-g-MAH can induce the proper amount of interface transcrystallization and the uniform crystalline structure of the matrix, so as to obtain the appropriate interfacial bonding and matrix toughness. balancing strength and toughness.
