钻井用水力振荡器阀组压降计算方法研究

摘    要:水力振荡器通过螺杆旋转驱动阀组运动,使过流面积发生周期性变化,导致阀组两端压降产生相应变化,从而产生周期性的轴向力,实现水力振荡效果。为较为准确地得到水力振荡器阀组两端压降,根据阀组流道的结构,建立阀组流道有限元模型。运用滑移网格和Realizable k-ε湍流模型对不同尺寸的阀组组合进行流体仿真分析,并结合试验数据验证仿真模型和结果的正确性。仿真结果对水力振荡器的阀组的参数设计有重要的指导意义。

Research on the methods to calculate pressure drop of the valve section of the drilling hydraulic oscillator

Abstract:The hydraulic oscillator drive the movement of valve by the rotary screw, changing flow area periodically, resulting in the pressure drop of both ends of the valve section is changed to produce the corresponding axial force,achieving the hydraulic effect. The existing literatures have calculated the pressure drop by theoretical formula, which does not squareSwith the actual working conditions of the oscillator, and the result is in error with the true value. In order to obtain the pressure drop atStheStwoSends of the valve section more accurately, thisSpaperSestablishedSa finiteSelementSmodel that is based on the structure of the flow channel of the valve section. Using the sliding mesh and Realizable k~ turbulence model to emulate and analysis the variousScombinations of the valve section, and combine with the test data to verify the correctness of the simulation model and results. The results of simulation have important guiding significance for the parameter design of the valve section of the hydraulic oscillator.
