摘    要:为提高汽车驾驶的安全性,使车辆在遇到突发情况时能采取合理的预防性措施,避免事故发生。提出一种基于人机工程学的汽车驾驶室内仪表板的数字化参数优化设计。首先构建了汽车仪表盘的主体模型,简单描述了仪表盘的数字化参数设计过程。测定汽车驾驶室内仪表盘主体框架的规格,计算生产过程中仪表盘在样板垂直投影区域的锁模力;依据锁模力设计仪表盘侧盖板结构。基于人机工程学理论确定最优数字化参数,设计仪表盘中心、角度及位置的数字化参数。实验发现,所设计的汽车驾驶室内仪表盘的重要按钮及信息几乎没有被遮挡,实现了仪表盘的数字化参数优化设计,提高了汽车驾驶室内的安全性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the driving safety, the vehicle can take reasonable preventive measures in case of emergency, so as to avoid accidents. This paper presents an optimization design of digital parameters of dashboard in automobile cab based on ergonomics. Firstly, the main model of automobile dashboard is constructed, and the digital parameter design process of dashboard is described simply. Determination of cab dashboard framework specifications, calculation of dashboard in the production process of clamping force model of the vertical projection area, on the basis of the locking force design side of the instrument panel cover structure, determine the optimal digital parameters based on the theory of ergonomics, digital dashboard design parameters, the angle and position of the center. It is found that the important buttons and information of the dashboard in the vehicle cab are almost not blocked. The digital optimization design of the instrument panel is realized and the safety performance of the cab is improved.
