摘    要:为了提高电力变压器铁心噪声预估的准确性,通过修正铁心的动力学参数,利用能量法分配等效磁致伸缩力载荷,建立电磁-结构-声场耦合的仿真计算模型。应用有限元方法求解了三相三柱变压器铁心在空载条件下的磁通密度分布、表面振动速度分布以及声场分布,对比实验测量与铁心模型仿真结果,发现修正后的铁心模型噪声仿真结果与实验吻合度更高;该数值计算模型为预估变压器铁心振动噪声提供了更为准确的分析手段。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of the noise prediction of power transformer core, this paper uses the energy method to allocate the equivalent magnetostrictive force by modifying the dynamic parameters of the core. The simulation model of the electromagnetic-structure-sound field is established. The magnetic flux , surface vibration velocity and sound field distribution of the three-phase three-column transformer core under no-load condition are calculated by the finite element method. Compared with experimental measurements and core model simulation results, it is found that the simulated results of the corrected core model are more consistent with the experimental results. The numerical calculation model provides a more accurate analysis method for estimating the vibration noise of the transformer core.
