摘    要:提出了一种新的更为精确的计算微带线中电磁波传输损耗的方法。将微带传输线的基片-空气和基片-导体边界的切向场与表面阻抗相匹配,推导得到了一组超越方程。通过求解方程的根,并将其代入色散关系,便可得到传播常数。本文所计算的传输损耗较准静态方法所得到的结果更精确,因为它考虑了混合模的叠加。此外,所计算的相速度公式证明微带线中电磁传播具有色散效应,而准静态方法不具有这一结论。

Abstract:This paper presents a new and more accurate method for calculating the transmission loss of electromagnetic waves in microstrip lines. A set of transcendental equations is derived by matching the tangential field of the substrate air and substrate conductor boundary in microstrip lines with the surface impedance. By solving the root of the equation and substituting it into the dispersion relation, the propagation constant can be obtained. Although the transmission loss calculated in this paper is higher than that obtained by quasi-static method, it is more accurate because it takes into consideration multimode characteristic. In addition, the phase velocity formula calculated in this paper proves that the electromagnetic propagation in microstrip line has dispersive effect, and the quasi-static method does not have this conclusion.
