流动性高强再生混凝土工作性和力学性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究减水剂掺量对流动性高强再生混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响,通过改变减水剂掺量(0.45%、0.55%、0.65%、0.75%、0.85%),完成了不同再生骨料取代率(0、30%、40%、50%)的再生混凝土工作性和力学性能试验研究。研究表明:随着减水剂掺量的增加,再生混凝土坍落度值增大;减水剂掺量对再生混凝土早期抗压强度影响规律不明显;减水剂掺量为0.65%~0.75%时,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗折强度均有明显增加,拉压比和折压比值也达到峰值。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of water reducing agent dosage on the workability and mechanical performance of high strength recycled concrete, the experiments about workability and mechanical properties of recycled concrete with different replace rate of recycled aggregates (0, 30%, 40%, 30%) were carried out by changing the dosage of water reducing agent (0.45%, 0.55%, 0.65%, 0.55%). The results show that the slump value of recycled concrete increases with the increase of the dosage of water reducing agent. The influence of water reducing agent on the early compressive strength of recycled concrete is not obvious. When the dosage of water reducing agent is 0.65%~0.75%, the compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete are significantly increase, and the ratio of tension and pressure also reach the peak value.
