摘    要:选择三种含铁吸附剂FeO_xH_y、Fe_3O_4和MnFe_2O_4,分别预沉积到超滤膜表面的方式,通过对比3种蛋白质引起的膜通量变化;并分析超滤膜表明形态,探究超滤过程中蛋白质对膜污染的作用以及吸附剂对缓解膜污染的效果。试验结果表明:鸡卵白蛋白(ovalbumin,OVA)造成的膜污染最严重;预沉积MnFe_2O_4的对OVA的吸附效果,预沉积Fe_3O_4对OVA的吸附效果较差,对膜污染没有缓解作用。

Abstract:To alleviate the ultra filtration membrane fouling, three iron-bearing adsorbents such as MnFe2O4, Fe3O4 and FeOxHy was selected to test the adsorption effect of three proteins , to analyze adsorption kinetics and so on, and to explore the adsorption characteristics of protein; the way of making the three iron-bearing absorbent MnFe2O4, Fe3O4 and FeOxHy respectively pre deposited to the surface of ultra filtration membrane is adopted and took the comparison between the recovering ratio of membrane flux and the content changes of three proteins to explore the mitigation effect of membrane fouling.The experiment results showed: membrane fouling caused by OVA was the most serious. The predeposition of MnFe2O4 and FeOxHy could effectively reduce the membrane fouling. The predeposition Fe3O4 had no any mitigation effect on membrane fouling; instead, the degree of membrane fouling is intensified.
