鞍山地区中小学体育教师继续教育现状分析

对鞍山地区496名中小学体育教师进行调查,了解目前中小学体育教师继续教育的现状,分析当前体育教师继续教育过程中存在的主要问题,并据此提出转变观念,提高教师对继续教育的认识,树立新课程理念以及新的培训理念,注重培训内容的可操作性及超前意识,将继续教育纳入法制化的轨道,形成和完善激励机制等建议。
