论教师的教育法意识

摘    要:教师的教育法意识是教师主体和客体的统一,是教师法律、法规实践与个体心理相互作用的产物。培养和强化教师的教育法意识,并形成相应的素质,对真正实现依法治教的目标有着重要作用。因此,必须建立完备的教育法制;加强教师管理,规范教育教学活动。

Abstract:Educative law consciousness of the teachers is the combination of subject and object,and the productions of teacher's law'practice and individual psychology mutual action.To cultivate and strengthen the educative law consciousness of the teachers,and to form the relevant law quality,is important for the aim at achieving in administering education by law really.So that self-contained education law could be erected the government of teachers strengthened,and the schooling normalized as well.
