摘    要:给出了非爆发式排气冲击配气机构系统的无因次参数及系统的无因次运动方程,用数值方法研究了系统在不同参数条件下的运动情况,找到了实现非爆发式排气的系统参数设计规律,为这种新型的冲击配气机构的设计提供了定量依据·

Abstract:The traditional pneumatic percussion machines have high level of noise and low energy utilization efficiency. These faults are mainly caused by the explosion of compressed air discharged by the machines. A new kind of air distribution mechanism was discussed. This mechanism allows pneumatic percussion machines to discharge air in a non=explosive way,thus it can considerably decrease noise and increase energy utilization efficiency. A general system was described in a set of non dimensional parameters. System movement equations were given. The properties of the mechanism under different parameters were investigated by numerical solution of the movement equations. Hence the design principles and non dimensional design parameters are obtained.
