焦化废水污染土壤中原生动物的群落特征

摘    要:对陕西省耀县受焦化废水污染的土壤及对照土壤中的原生动物群落特征进行了研究,共鉴定到原生动物43种,隶属于2门、6纲、10目、25科、32属,其中对照土壤中有28种,污染土壤中有25种,对照土样和污染土样共有种是10种;q=0.23;物种多样性指数在对照土壤中为3.3,在污染土壤中为2.4.结果表明,焦化废水污染对土壤原生动物群落有很大影响,主要体现在群落结构发生很大变化,群落物种多样性明显下降.

Abstract:A comparative study of community characteristics of protozoa in polluted soil by coking waste water and in contrast soil is conducted.It has been tested that are 43 species in both polluted soil and the contrast soil,belonging to 2 phylum,6 classes,10 orders,25 families and 32 genera,of which 28 species in the contrast soil while 25 species in the polluted soil by coking waste water,and common species both in contrast soil and polluted soil by coking waste water amount to 10 species;q is 0.23;The species diversity index is 3.3 in the contrast soil and 2.4 in the polluted soil by coking waste water.The result of study showes that community structure of soil protozoa is influenced greatly by coking waste water.The pollution lead to great changes of community structure and reduction of species diversity of community.
