高碳钢表面激光硼合金化工艺与组织

摘    要:用功率为2.5kW的CO2激光器对T12 钢表面进行激光硼合金化处理。通过 各种方法对合金化层的成分、组织与性能的变化规律进行了测试分析.试验结果表 明:激光硼合金工艺参数可以用P/dv综合表示;合金化层的深度及硬度随工艺参数 的改变而变化:合金化层是由Fe2B,Fe3(CB),FeB,α-Fe多相组成,工艺参数 不同,各相的存在方式、相对含量及组织细化程度不同,最高硬度可达 Hv1740。

Abstract:Laser boron alloying on the T12 steel surface by using trans verse-flow CO2 laser with an output of 2 500W is discussed, By using various ways, the authors have discussed the principle of change of composition microstructure and properties of alloying layer, The experimental results indicate that the processing parameters of laser alloying can be described by P/dy, The depth of alloying layer and microhardness of alloying layer are varied with the change of processing parameters, Alloying layer is composed of Fe2B, Fe3(CB), FeB, a-Fe. The existing way and the content of every phase and the extent of microstructure fining are all changed with the various processing parameters, The highest microhardness is up to Hml 740.
