三种铁基合金在浓碱溶液中的电化学行为

摘    要:测定了石墨和三种铁基合金在浓NaOH溶液中的极化曲线,发现三种铁基合金在浓碱中的电化学行为有较大差异,用理论电位-pH图对造成这一差异的原因作了解释,同时讨论了浓碱腐蚀的阴极去极化过程,分析了高温下合金腐蚀速度增大的原因。

Abstract:The polarization curves of graphite electrode and three ferro alloy electrodes have been measured in concentrated NaOH solution. It is found that the electrochemical behaviors of the alloys are quite different. The reason for the difference is explained by means of potential_pH equilibrim diagrams. The cathode depolarization processes of corrosion in the solution are discussed and the reason of advanced corrosion rate of the alloys in hot NaOH solution is also analyzed.
