摘    要:中国画的美学范畴、审美理念、书画源流及其工具材料,使"用笔"具有审美、立意和造境的中国文化精神之内涵,决定了形式造型的象征原理及其法则方法,遂成为中国画的根本标志.

Abstract:The usage of painting brushes resulted from the aesthetic ideas, the common origin of writing and painting, and the nature of material and tools of Chinese painting. It embodies the essential spirits of Chinese culture with aesthetic appearance, sense emergence and ideal realm creation. Furthermore, It determines the symbolic principles and brushing rules for artists to shape artistic imagery, which is a basic mark of Chinese painting.
