基于APDL的双丝高速焊瞬态温度场仿真

摘    要:根据叠加原理推导出双丝焊的高斯热源计算公式,建立适当的有限元模型,对双丝高速焊接过程中温度场的瞬态变化进行动态仿真.用AN SY S软件的APDL语言编写程序,采用表数组存储热流密度矩阵,形成统一的面载荷,实现焊接热源的移动.最后给出焊接熔池的仿真结果.

Abstract:The calculating formula of Gaussian model in double wire welding is derived according to the superimposition principle,and the proper finite element model is constructed,the transient change of temperature field is simulated in high speed welding processes.At the same time,the motions of welding heat resource are actualized by the means of programming in APDL of ANSYS and saving the heat flux matrix using table array,then forming uniform face load.Finally the simulated results of the fusion are shown.
