| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用差动变压器原理设计的造纸工业制浆工段实用黑液浓度检测方法。该方法通过检测黑液比重及温度,求出黑液波美度,该方法具有在线性和实时性强的特点,为碱回收及制浆过程优化控制提供了可靠的保证。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we have introduced the detective method of block liquor consistency,using differential transformer theory,which is in pulping process of paper_making industry.By measuring the density and temperature of block liquor,we can use the method to gain the vlue of baume. With the characterestics of on_line and real_time,the method gives assurance for sodas vecovery and the optimal control of pulping process. |
