旋流布水搅拌传质作用

摘    要:对固液两相流旋流布水中的流态宏观微观特点和其在搅拌传质中的作用做了简要阐述,以大型厌氧反应器的改造为例,说明旋流搅拌在理化和生化的连续作业领域有广泛应用潜力,并就涡旋能量的传递规律,指出计算出初始涡旋场的平均值,就抓住了旋流搅拌强化传质和降低运行成本的本质。

Abstract:This paper simply represents the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics in flow pattern of vortex-flow water distribution of solid-liquid two-phase flow and its actions in mass transfer;explains that vortex-flow agitation has a wide application potential in the field of continuous operation in physical chemistry and biochemistry taking the example of the innovation on a large-size anaerobic reactor;points out that the calculated average value of the initial swirl field can express the essence of the intensified mass transfer by vortex-flow agitation and reduction of operation cost.
