| Abstract: | In this paper, a detailed report for the achievements in scientific research of H-B polynomial interpolation in the last 20 years were made, including the basic concept of H-B interpolation, the necessary condition of regularity of incidence matrix, the decomposition theorems of incidence ma-trics, regular matrics and singular matrices, the coalescence method of rows, the regularity of three-row matrices, Birkhoff kernel and its applications, the method of independent knots. |
