羌活种子特性和发芽率研究(一)

摘    要:为了解决羌活种子自然发芽率低这一问题,采用不同浓度的生长调节剂进行种子浸泡处理,测定其发芽率,同时对野生种子和栽培种子进行比较。结果表明:青海省野生羌活种子的长和宽、胚和胚乳都比栽培种小;种皮透水性良好,对发芽率没有影响;赤霉素对羌活种子发芽率有促进作用,500 mg/L赤霉素可作为羌活种子处理的适宜浓度;细胞分裂素没有促进羌活种子发芽率的作用;混合细胞分裂素对羌活种子发芽率有促进作用,(200+200)mg/L浓度处理的发芽率最高。

Abstract:To improve low seed germination of incised notopterygium,plant regulators with different concentration were used to soak seed and germination rate was investigated.Seed characteristics of both wild and cultivated were also compared.The results reveal that the seed size,embryo and endosperm of wild incised notopterygium are smaller than those of cultivated.Seed testa has well water permeability and has no effect on seed germination.Gibberellin can promote germination and the optimal concentration is 500 mg/L...
