瓜儿豆染色体组型的研究

摘    要:通过对黑皮瓜儿豆和白皮瓜儿豆的体细胞染色体计数和组型分析,结果表明:黑皮瓜儿豆和白皮瓜儿豆的染色体数目均为2n=14行条,但其染色体组型却不同,黑皮瓜儿豆核型公式为2n=2x=14=10nm 4nsm^(-),白皮瓜儿豆核型公式为2n=2x=14=8nm 6nsm^(-)。从核型类型来年地,2种均为2A和2B型,是进化较为原始的类型。

Abstract:The idiogram of cyamopsis tetragonloba were studied by the method of chromosome analysis. The results were as follows: The idiogram of the two materials used to possess the same number of chromosome, that is 2n=2x=14, but their karyotypes are different, the formulation of kartotype of the black cyamopsis tetragonloba is 2n=2x=14=10nsm+4nsm+{(-)}, while the formulation of the white is 2n=2x=14=8nm+6ns+{(-)} .From the point of the karyotype, the two materials belong to type of 2A and 2B, whose evolution is relatively original.
