| 摘 要： | 经济法作为一门独立而重要的法律有它自己的体系.自觉开展经济法体系的研究是推进经济法交流和促进经济法学成熟不可缺少的路径.本文把经济法的体系分为微观的经济法和宏观的经济法.微观的经济法主要指企业法,宏观的经济法主要包括市场规制法、宏观调控法和社会保障法.

| Abstract: | As an independent and important legal branch, the economic law has its own system. Studying it consciously is an indispensable path to promote communication and maturation of economic law. This article divides the system of economic law into the microscopic economic law and the macroscopic economic law. The microscopic economic law mainly refers to the enterprise law; the macroscopic economic law mainly includes the market management law, the macroscopic regulative law and the social security law. |
